One of the girls was interviewed at the Child Advocacy Center in Hagerstown on July 20, according to the application for statement of charges filed by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. The alleged molestations took place between 2009 and this year, the document said.

The girl’s mother called police last month after she caught Hagan touching the girl inappropriately, the charging document alleged.

Three other girls were interviewed at the Child Advocacy Center, with two of them alleging that Hagan touched them inappropriately, the charging document said. The other girl did not make an accusation, the document said.

Wright scheduled Hagan for a preliminary hearing on Aug. 28.
