Man charged with neglecting, stealing from vulnerable adult sentenced to 15 years in federal prison

A Boonsboro man indicted in October by a Washington County grand jury on charges of physically neglecting and stealing from a vulnerable adult was recently sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for health care fraud and drug distribution convictions.
