Maryland State Police are looking for witnesses or victims of a man who photographed children at two rest stops.
Brian Williams, 28, of West Chester, Pa., was arrested on May 6 and charged with visual surveillance with prurient intent, police said.
A witness called police after seeing Williams take a picture of a young boy using the urinal in the men’s room at Chesapeake House on I-95 in Cecil County, police said.
An investigation showed cellphone videos depicting 11 unidentified children using restrooms at Chesapeake House and Maryland House in Harford County.
Williams was released on $35,000 bond.
Troopers said anyone who visited the rest areas should contact state police at 410-537-1163.
