Police say two boys responsible for soda bottle bombs

Investigators have determined that two 11-year-old boys were responsible for manufacturing soda bottle bombs that were detonated in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints parking lot at 1253 Mount Aetna Road on Saturday, the Maryland Fire Marshal’s Office said Tuesday.
