The following food service establishments were inspected by the Washington County Health Department in January and found to have critical violations that needed to be corrected immediately:
CiCi’s Pizza, 1580 Wesel Blvd. — * items in salad bar refrigerator found to have temperatures of 50 degrees (corrected, items stored in the refrigerator less than two hours were removed and rechilled and items in the refrigerator more than two hours were discarded); splash guard must be installed at hand sink by pizza cutting table; wall behind dough table must be smooth and easy to clean; Artic Air freezer must be cleaned inside and on lid edges; can opener must be cleaned; broken floor tiles by pizza table and dishwashing area must be repaired; base coving must be replaced by three-compartment sink; containers observed in potable ice in ice machine; scoop needed for ice machine; copy of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point plan (HACCP) needed.
Kmart, 1713 Massey Blvd. — * four-pack of Pediasure vanilla milkshakes with December 2011 expiration date observed on display shelf in baby aisle (corrected, item discarded); must use thermometers in refrigerators and freezers at store front.

Fuji Chinese Cuisine & Sushi, 11205 John F. Kennedy Drive — must repair three-compartment sink; hand sink blocked (corrected); must clean floor on cooking line; must keep wipe cloths in sanitizer bucket; food product must be stored off floor of walk-in; top of dish machine must be cleaned; must clean general kitchen area.
Mount Aetna Camp and Retreat, 21905 Mount Aetna Road — product must be stored off floor of walk-in freezer.
R&B Crafts & Baked Goods, Hagerstown City Market — hand sink obstructed (corrected).
Ravenwood Lutheran Village, 1183 Luther Drive — pressure in dishwasher too high; must clean fire-suppression system under exhaust hood.
