State Highway Administration to replace brick crosswalks in downtown Hagerstown

A major downtown Hagerstown intersection will get a facelift next week when the Maryland State Highway Administration replaces the deteriorating brick crosswalks at the intersection of West Franklin and North Potomac streets.
