Truck, vehicle crash closes ramp near intersection of I-81 and I-70 in Washington County

A ramp at the intersection of Interstate 81 and Interstate 70 was closed for more than an hour Monday night after a propane tanker truck and a car became entangled on the ramp, according to a Washington County 911 supervisor.
