Pair charged with attempting to make meth at Sharpsburg Pike home

A Hagerstown area man and woman were in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday after being charged over the weekend with attempting to make methamphetamine at the Sharpsburg Pike home they shared, according to Washington County District Court records.
