Washington County school board delays vote on bids for new Bester Elementary School

The Washington County Board of Education voted 6-0 Tuesday to remove a vote on bids for the construction of a new Bester Elementary School from its agenda, delaying the decision about whether the board will go with nonprevailing wages for the project.
