Members of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church plan to walk in silence to church on Palm Sunday to observe Christ’s walk and entrance into Jerusalem. The 55-minute walk begins at the Food Lion parking lot on Sharpsburg Pike at 9:30 a.m. with a short prayer. The group will walk approximately one mile to the church on Lappans Road.

Church to present Easter musical
New Covenant Fellowship Church, at the corner of Breathedsville and Manor Church roads in Fairplay, will present the Easter musical “At The Cross” Saturday, April 7, and Sunday, April 8, beginning at 7 p.m. each evening. Admission is free.

Reunion Trio to perform at church
The Southern gospel group Reunion Trio will sing at Antietam Church of God, three miles south of Sharpsburg at 4005 Harpers Ferry Road on Palm Sunday at 9:30 a.m. The public is invited.
Gardeners to offer advice
Washington County Rural Heritage Museum, on the Washington County Agricultural Education Center grounds, invites visitors to participate in a garden activity with the Master Gardeners Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.
They will offer gardening advice and tips.
Children will have an opportunity to take part in planting of potatoes in the four-square garden, learn the history of potatoes and other root crops.
Alternative ways of planting will also be discussed.
