CLEAR SPRING —
The Clear Spring Town Council on Monday approved a $300 donation to the Joseph C. Herbert Post 222 American Legion in honor of Stu Brennan, a former town councilman who recently died.
Current town council members said Brennan, 92, was a big help with the town’s utility systems and was “always there” to offer his help in any capacity for Clear Spring.
“He did a lot of work for the town — a lot,” Clear Spring Mayor Paul D. Hose Jr. said.
