Chick-fil-A restaurants in the Washington, D.C., area announced 45 winners of the market-wide “VIP of My Chick-fil-A” election contest following election results parties Nov. 5.
Every super fan “VIP,” or grand-prize recipient, received a free, one-day trip to Atlanta with a guest of their choosing.
Amber Adeshina was named the winner from the Chick-fil-A restaurant on Wesel Boulevard in Hagerstown.
On Dec. 4, the Chick-fil-A franchise operators, “VIPs” and their guests flew to Atlanta for a one-day tour of the Chick-fil-A corporate headquarters and historical company landmarks.
To participate in the contest, guests submitted a written story via Facebook explaining why they should be elected “VIP” of their local restaurant. Each restaurant selected up to five “candidates” and customers and friends voted for their favorite finalists.
