New Shepherdstown water tanks
The pedestal of a new 700,000 gallon water tank for Shepherdstown, W.Va., towers over the Good Shepherd Caregivers home along W.Va. 45 just west of town. The older water tower at right is currently in use and will eventually be replaced.
