Art in Bloom
Ann Law and Patty Powley, both of Hagerstown, admire the floral design created by the Mt. Airy Garden Club inspired by the photograph called "Highway 12-Hatteras North Carolina" by Bruce Wilder Friday during the reception for the annual Art in Bloom event at the Washington County Museum of Fine Art organized with the Hagerstown Garden Club.
