If anyone has an old cellphone they would like to donate to a serviceman or servicewoman, they can do so by dropping it off at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, W.Va.
The cellphones can be dropped off at the Canteen Retail Store at the VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Ave., Martinsburg.
The phones will be collected through the end of December.
