It's too cold for live horse racing at the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races.

Officials at the West Virginia track canceled Thursday night's lineup after just two races, then decided to cancel all live racing for Friday, too.

The decision came after a vote among the jockeys that indicated too few were willing to run their thoroughbreds in the harsh weather.

Temperatures were hovering around 20 degrees Thursday night, with a wind chill of 13, and Friday's forecast was similar.
