Child abuse trial set to begin Tuesday

The trial for a Berkeley County couple accused of abusing five children in their custody, depriving them of food, shooting them with BBs and bottle rockets, and other mistreatment is expected to begin Tuesday after being postponed Monday due to inclement weather, court officials said.
