A Greencastle, Pa., man has been charged with sexually abusing a teenage girl earlier this year, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Caleb Miller Koons, 21, was charged with statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault, according to a state police news release that was provided Thursday.
Troopers alleged that Koons and a girl who was younger than 16 engaged in a sexual encounter sometime between May 25 and June 22 at an unspecified location in McConnellsburg in Fulton County, Pa.
