A Harpers Ferry, W.Va., man is accused of biting his girlfriend’s ear and punching her in the jaw, as well as punching another female in an altercation earlier this month, according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court documents.

Dustin Allen Long, 18, of 101 Engle Road, was arraigned by Magistrate JoAnn Overington Tuesday on one felony count of malicious wounding and single misdemeanor counts of battery and domestic battery, according to court documents.

West Virginia State Police Trooper C.J. Hill said in his complaint that the defendant’s girlfriend was bleeding from the ear and mouth, and the other female had swelling around one eye and her forehead when he went to investigate the incident Jan. 13, according to court documents.

The one victim’s ear appeared to have been punctured all the way through, according to court documents.
