- Derrick L. Fillinger, 26, incarcerated at Eastern Regional Jail (ERJ), on counts of child abuse causing serious bodily injury, gross child neglect creating substantial risk of serious bodily injury, child abuse causing bodily injury and conspiracy.
- Jessica N. Faircloth, 22, incarcerated at ERJ, on one count of driving under the influence resulting in death and four counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
- Joshua D. Slevin, 21, incarcerated at Huttonsville (W.Va.) Correctional Center, on two counts of forgery and two counts of conspiracy to commit uttering.
- Victor L. Moten Jr., 27, incarcerated at Cresson, Pa., State Correctional Institution, on one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
- Randy E. Faircloth, 50, P.O. Box 650, Gerrardstown, W.Va., on one count of felony obtaining property in return for worthless check.
- Montezz T. Lincoln, 26, incarcerated at ERJ, on one count of possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
- Michael B. Stotler, 26, of 6620 Valley Road, Berkeley Springs, W.Va., on one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
