Karl Rove to speak at Republican dinner in Franklin County

Karl Rove, a senior adviser to former President George W. Bush, will speak Feb. 24 at the Franklin County (Pa.) Republican Committee's Lincoln Day Dinner, the committee chairman announced Tuesday.
