Marilyn Smith honored for volunteer work with numerous organizations in Franklin County area

The Franklin County (Pa.) Commissioners declared Dec. 10, 2012, “Marilyn Smith Day” as an organization dedicated to fighting drug and alcohol problems recognized the Waynesboro, Pa., woman Monday with its first lifetime achievement award.
