Multivehicle crash backs up northbound traffic on I-81 in W.Va.

Northbound Interstate 81 was closed at Exit 23 (Marlowe/Falling Waters) for more than an hour following a multivehicle accident Thursday morning, according to an operator with Berkeley County Emergency Services.'
