The Greencastle Police Department will be hosting a drug take back on Sept. 29 for safe disposal of unused or expired medication.
The public is free to bring any prescription or over-the-counter medicine and no questions will be asked about any medicine, according to a news release from the police department.
Pills, liquids, needles and inhalers will be accepted, the release said.
The drug take back will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Food Lion at 500 North Antrim Way, the release said.
Anyone who cannot take advantage of the drug take back on Sept. 29 can call the police department at 717-597-2161 before the event for help.
