Gardners Lane near Shepherdstown, W.Va., is slated to be closed to through traffic Tuesday morning at the railroad crossing, which is slated to be repaired by Norfolk Southern, the West Virginia Division of Highways announced Monday.
Depending on the weather, the closure, between Ridge Road and Morgan Grove Road, is expected to be in place from 8 a.m. to noon, the DOH said in a news release.
