Seminary to present plans for former Scotland School for Veterans Children

A representative of Winebrenner Theological Seminary will present the organization’s plans for the former Scotland School for Veterans Children campus Wednesday, Aug. 8, at 1:30 p.m.The presentation for the public will be held in the Hess Room of Quincy Village¿s Minnich Manor.Ohio-based Winebrenner Theological Seminary is working to acquire the state-owned property north of Chambersburg, Pa.
