State Line man waives arraignment; not-guilty plea entered in Waynesboro teen's death

Jeffrey E. Miles Sr., who is charged with killing two people, waived mandatory arraignment Wednesday in the Franklin County (Pa.) Court of Common Pleas and had a not-guilty plea entered on his behalf in the case involving a 17-year-old female beaten to death.
