MARTINSBURG, W.Va.—Police arrested three men, including two from Hagerstown, after a drug deal Thursday with a confidential informant at the Spring Mills McDonald’s restaurant.
Larry G. Harris, 26, of 1401 Haven Road, Apt. F22, and Nino J. Smith, 21, of 310 Jonathan St., both of Hagerstown, and Johon A. Harrell, 21, of Dumfries, Va., were each arraigned Friday on single counts of possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, distribution of crack cocaine and conspiracy, according to Berkeley County Magistrate Court records.
Magistrate JoAnn Overington set a $60,000 bond for each defendant, according to court documents.
Police seized an unspecified amount of crack cocaine and $1,277 in cash, according to court documents.
Harris was identified as the man who met with the informant and gave him $100 worth of crack cocaine, according to court documents.
The other two men were riding in a green Lincoln that police stopped after the drug deal, according to court documents.
Police said Harris was found in possession of the $100 used in the drug deal, according to court documents.
