West Virginia Senate OKs measure to upgrade Cacapon State Park

Legislation that authorizes up to $52.5 million in bonds for capital improvements at Cacapon State Park in Morgan County and one other state park passed the West Virginia Senate by a 33-1 vote Wednesday.
