2nd Avenue Deli manager Steve Cohen may be the perfect person to talk about a sandwich that is too much, because he is too much too. We asked if PIX11 could see the sandwich that's been making headlines, and instantly, he shouted to his sandwich makers, "Gentleman, can I have an instant heart attack and a triple bypass and call my cardiologist!"
