PPL Looking to Raise Rates

Pennsylvania Power and Light is looking to bring in more money and a lot of people are not happy about it. In March, PPL asked the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission to allow a 16.5% increase in its distribution rates to keep up with repairs. The utility commission says it's heard from many consumers who are unhappy.
