Putch & Buckie’s Baked Goods White Chocolate Cherry Biscotti Flowers
1 c. butter, room temperature
1 c. sugarCream together in stand mixer.
Add:
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanillaBlend well
Add:
4 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powderBlend well
Add
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. snipped, dried cherries
1 c. white chocolate chips
Blend gently
Gather dough into a ball and divide in half. Roll one-half with rolling pin to desired thickness. Use cookie cutters to make flower or other-shaped cookies. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Roll and cut remaining dough. Bake cookies at 350 for 12 minutes. Carefully remove hot tray from oven and, using a spatula, flip cookies. Return to oven and bake until golden brown (about 5-7 more minutes). Let cool completely.
Decorate with melted white chocolate.
