TRENTON, Mich. (AP) — A Detroit-area woman who used the Internet to taunt a 7-year-old girl with Huntington's disease has been ordered to move out of her home after pleading guilty to assault and battery for trying to run over a neighbor.

Jennifer Petkov of Trenton was originally charged with felonious assault and reckless driving. Police say the 33-year-old tried to run over the neighbor as she crossed the street to visit the 7-year-old's grandmother.

Wayne County Circuit Judge Carole Youngblood sentenced Petkov on Tuesday to 18 months' probation and ordered her to get psychological and substance abuse evaluations.

Petkov and her husband Scott have been involved in a long feud with the grandmother of Kathleen Edward, who's in the final stages of the fatal brain disorder.
