Barbara Ann Butts Fries, 79, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at City Hospital. Family will receive friends Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Brown Funeral Home. The service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Van Heslop officiating. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery.
