Barbara Ann Morningstar Mills, 70, of Hagerstown, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at Meritus Medical Center east of Hagerstown. Visitation will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rest Haven Funeral Chapel, Hagerstown. The service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hagerstown.
