Barbara Ann Williams, 64, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012, at the Canterbury Center in Shepherdstown, W.Va. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. The service will be Thursday at 5 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. William C. Crowe will officiate. Burial will be private.
