Bernard Ray Fisher, 91

Bernard Ray Fisher, 91, of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at War Memorial Hospital. The family will receive friends Wednesday from noon to 2 p.m. at Helsley-Johnson Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Berkeley Springs. The service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. William Swope will officiate. Burial with graveside military honors provided by the Tri-State Honor Guard will be in Spohrs Crossroads Cemetery.
