Betty Jean Terwilliger, 63, of Arlington, Va., died Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at INOVA in Alexandria, Va. Family will receive friends Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg, W.Va. The service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. William Crowe officiating. Burial will be in Central Chapel Cemetery.
