Betty Louise Ramsburg, 78, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Willow Tree Manor in Charles Town, W.Va. The family will receive friends at Brown Funeral Home’s South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood, W.Va., Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m. The service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. Christine Olson will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
