Charles Richard “Rick” Beall Sr., 59, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at City Hospital. The family will receive friends at Brown Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday. The service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Raymond Jones Jr. will officiate. Military graveside services will be held at Hedgesville Cemetery.
