Cheryl Louise Jacobs, 65, of Martinsburg, W.Va., went to be with the Lord on Friday, Jan. 11, 2013.
A memorial service will be Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Tri-State Fellowship Church, 13153 Cearfoss Pike, Hagerstown.
The family will be at the church for visitation from 11:30 a.m. to noon.
Born April 7, 1947, in Oswego, N.Y., Cheryl was the daughter of Emil and Betty Celmer.
After high school, she went on to earn a degree in nursing.
Cheryl spent more than 20 years in the health care industry.
Cheryl was an active member and faithfully attended Tri-State Fellowship Church.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Dee A. Jacobs; brother, Mark Celmer; sister, Beverly David; sons, Scott Kania, Jason Kania, Mark Kania and David Little; and 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Tri-State Fellowship, 13153 Cearfoss Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
The family wishes to extend our gratitude to all members of WVU-H East who comforted Cheryl during this last year.
Arrangements were entrusted to Rosedale Funeral Home, 917 Cemetery Road, Martinsburg.
