David "Pops" Allen Pumphrey, 71

David "Pops" Allen Pumphrey, 71, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va. The family will receive friends Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Charles Town. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. Arrangements are by Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry.
