Donald "Scott" Hostler, 53, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at City Hospital in Martinsburg. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg. The service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
