Donna Louise Bender, 69, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 23, 2013, at St. Luke's United Methodist Church with the Rev. John R. Yost officiating. Burial will be private. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
