Douglas Wayne Nichols, 59, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012, at his residence. The family will receive friends at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va., Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. The service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Henry Christie officiating. Burial will be private.
