Earl V. Stains, 92, formerly of Harrisonville, Pa., died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Fulton County Medical Center in McConnellsburg, Pa. Visitation will be Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. at Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc., McConnellsburg. The service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
