Eleanor Madeline Bain, 71, of Clear Spring, Md., passed away Monday, June 18, 2012, at her home.
Born Monday, Oct. 28, 1940, in Big Pool, Md., she was the daughter of the late Emory Andrew Suder Sr. and the late Goldie Pearl Graham Suder.
She graduated from Clear Spring High School in 1958. She was employed with Sears for several years and was also a homemaker. She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Clear Spring.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Harry E. Bain; son, Brian E. Bain and fiancée, Jackie Dieterich, of Hagerstown; sisters, Mary A. Weller Douglas, Lavada F. Moats and Adele C. Brakeall; brothers, Jackie H. Suder and Emory A. Suder Jr.; and granddaughter, Sarah E. Bain.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Anna L. Ardinger; and brother, Mickey W. Suder.
Services will be Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at 11 a.m. from Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home, 1331 Eastern Blvd., Hagerstown, MD 21742, with the Rev. Charles M. Mackley and Chaplain Eric Henderson officiating.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home, Wednesday, June 20, 2012, from 10 to 11 a.m.
Interment will follow in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, Hagerstown.
