Ellen Richason Bruso, 84, of Charles Town, W.Va., died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Charles Town.
