Emma Ruth Pearl, 82, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va. Visitation will be Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry. The service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg, W.Va.
