Esther Signolia Page, 75, of Ranson, W.Va., died Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, W.Va. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. The service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Destiny Baptist Church, with the Rev. Michael V. Norris officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens, Martinsburg, W.Va. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home, Martinsburg.
